Cons
This place really use to be good until the new CEO came. The new policies make it to where you can’t take any sick or vacation with out getting the commission money you do work for while you’re at work. They change your pay structure every 3 months now for the last 2 years,unless you’re a part of the frat club there or doing the management don’t think of moving up. This place is not like how it was 5 to even 10 years ago. The higher ups will only look at you as a number.
