      - Nice, capable co-workers (good people) - The new leadership team is thoughtful, strategic and skilled - The business is doing really well - Lot's of business opportunities ahead - Leadership is truly focused on improving and delivering a great customer experience

      Cons

      - Tech debt that piled up over years needs to be resolved - Marketing team does not have a dedicated cross functional team to get things done within a reasonable timeframe - Moving forward on new initiatives takes too long
