Leadership does not know where to go with care, very difficult to obtain metrics and they outsource which leads to high turn over rate and very angry customers on a daily basis bc of this. Knowing about business formations in all 50 states takes time, and some they don’t value the ppl they already have that DO KNOW, the outsourced ppl give inaccurate I formation.
