      Pros

      Free bagels,gym, good Christmas party, good coworkers and good products.

      Cons

      Huge changes made without caring about the employees and now the best people are leaving. This place has no problem making people feel like a number. They keep adding new things that make it harder and harder to make money.They talk all about job opportunities but beware that those only go to buddies or brown noses.

      Work life balance is actually great. The people you work with are smart and generally fun to work with

      Roadmap is very disorganized, you kind of have to assume you will work on any random project each day

      Good benefits and good culture

      Cons

      Very AI focused with constant fear of layoffs by employees (based on my experience). Pay isn’t great, especially given the current cost of living. Poor communication and planning regarding updates and project rollouts.
