One of Legalzoom's values is People First and it shows!! Legalzoom has introduced more networks for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and making events accessible to Zoomers. Legalzoom also offers a big catalog of different courses you can take for professional/personal development. Benefits such as 401k matching, medical, dental etc. are all top notch! During times of Covid the company was able to swiftly adjust to ensure every Zoomer was able to be successful when not working in a physical location/working remote. The Legalzoom Austin office was recently renovated back in 2019 to have a cafeteria that offered a variety of yummy meal options, including vegan/vegetarian options! The Austin office does also include a designated nap area as well as a check out system for playing video games for lunches/breaks!! LZs Fitness center is also great! (Updated equipment, Half-court BBall) Management has also been very positive and encouraging. Always supportive when assisting with any questions on processes or daily tasks.

Outdated tech makes some daily processes more manual than they need to be.
