      Commission modifier is nice ane you can increase your monthly income quickly if you go over the goal.

      Cons

      Not much interaction with other employees, feels like you are an independent contractor at times. Hours can change each quarter

      Work life balance is actually great. The people you work with are smart and generally fun to work with

      Roadmap is very disorganized, you kind of have to assume you will work on any random project each day
