Pros
I really enjoyed all the people I worked with. I loved the blood drives they put on and their culture overall. I've never worked anywhere with quite so many perks. The benefits were affordable, too.
Cons
The actual job wasn't for me, though. The emphasis on productivity and boring nature of the role took a toll on me. I didn't realize how stressed out tracking every action I took in a spreadsheet made me until I left for a better role.
