      Pros

      Bagel Friday, nothing more than that!

      Cons

      Not flexible with work hours, no work from home. You have to take forced vacation before December even if you don’t have enough leave. Management is very partial, don’t treat everyone equally.

      Work life balance is actually great. The people you work with are smart and generally fun to work with

      Roadmap is very disorganized, you kind of have to assume you will work on any random project each day
