The job is fairly stressful, as all high-volume sales jobs are. At first I didn’t mind because of awesome managers and great commission that truly rewarded those who worked hard toward goal. Anytime the company realized goal was too high they adjusted it and I worked hard knowing they would be fair. All that has changed with the change in upper-level management. Massive changes have been made that stretch support for agents incredibly thin and reduce our sales volume while goal has remained unchanged. When the entire team struggled to meet goal due to the sweeping changes they did not give us adjustments, essentially removing motivation to work hard and giving a clear message they no longer have their employees’ best interest in mind.
