      Pros

      Great consumer and business-facing product. Cutting Edge technology, and a true growth organization. People to genuinely care about the work and want to do their best. An amazing culture with a focus on valuing everyone's differences.

      Cons

      Less than Ideal communication/information sharing, which makes it difficult to collaborate. Planning is more reactive than proactive but improving. People tend to be rewarded and promoted based on how well they get along with others rather than their actual skills and deliverables.

      Work life balance is actually great. The people you work with are smart and generally fun to work with

      Cons

      Roadmap is very disorganized, you kind of have to assume you will work on any random project each day
