Pros
The first week was in person for onboarding, and the rest of the internship was fully remote. That first week was great because everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful.
Cons
I might have just been unlucky with my team placement, but I felt a big lack of communication. The team was busy a lot, especially my manager, because of another project going on. I was assigned an individual project with technologies my team was not very familiar with, so I had to find help from other teams. Like I said, everyone was very nice, but I felt really out of the loop and isolated because I was working on a project alone and the internship was remote.
