Pros
LZ Legal Services is the trademark part of Legal Zoom. It's a great place to work and you should consider it if you are a trademark attorney. It's an inclusive environment and supportive. There is a whole team of support personnel who help guide clients along the trademark application process and assist attorneys, as well. It is a collaborative process and very welcoming to newcomers. Management is open to feedback, strives to address issues, and is fairly reactive to issues. The benefits are excellent.
Cons
The workflow is somewhat clunky due to current software systems that are less than ideal for clients and staff. The software requires a significant manual operation that can lead to errors, delays and misses. Work days are often extended to stay up-to-date with workflow assignments.
