Pros
LegalZoom is the most professional, supportive, and fun place I’ve ever worked. I say from the bottom of my heart that I’ve never worked with such amazing and smart people, and this holds true at every level of the company. It is also incredibly exciting to see all of that talent put to work in making the best products and customer experience. The improvements over the last few years have been substantial and the sky is the limit moving forward. I also personally value our diversity, and how LegalZoom gives back to the community and supports employees wanting to do the same (volunteering time off, donation matching, etc.).
Cons
The only thing I would bring up is that there is still some room to connect the dots between various functions of the organization, but it is already starting to happen and will only continue to improve. Just like we have evolved our customer experience, we’ve also done the same with our employee experience which is pretty great.
