Working at Leia is amazing because you're basically working on the future of all display tech and everything you do will have a huge impact on the company, the industry, and the world in the near future. I highly recommend joining while it's still a small startup and before it becomes big if you want to play a huge part in shaping the future of lightfield display technology! 10 years from now, it's very likely your smartphones, tablets, laptops, and cars, will all have Leia light field display technology in them.
Cons
The office is in Menlo Park, which is a beautiful area central to Silicon Valley and the tech industry, however the cost of living around here is crazy high! It's worth every penny though! You meet all sorts of cool people if you go to the right events and can significantly expand your network and knowledge. Also you will become inspired by all the people driving Teslas around to achieve higher goals in life and just in general feel like you are surrounded by very high performance, high achieving people who want to go far and do great things in life.
