Leia is a grown up startup (8+ years and going strong). The creativity and projects we undertake here at Leia is world class: from software& fullstack to nanotechnology and mass production. Vibrant ideas that are executed in a fast pace and actionable manner (if you don't have time to do it right the first time, when do you have time to do it again.) The goal and focus is always on products. We see our impact immediately on the product. Lots of freedom as long as the work gets done!
Cons
sometimes too fast pace and too many trials...and this requires careful organizations and planning. However, members globally are often very reasonable (these days), the past (many years ago), we often pursue ideas with a lot of anxiety given the high risk and lack of knowhows...nowadays, the table has flipped quite a bit and we do know what needs to be done and the challenges involved. So there are real challenges to making a final high quality consumer product (automotive, creators editions, et cetera). However, this challenge is part of any journey towards success.
