The name Leica has repetition If you want to do the same job for 30 years and retire, Leica is for you

Cons

If you don't have a connection inside the higher ashelon, walk away. The quality of the product has dropped over the years. No carrier path. Degree? They don't care about it. Got in with an A.S. Degree, after 4 years got my B.S. Degree, they didn't even ask to document it, no one cares
