Pros

Looks like senior management has discovered Glassdoor. Pretty easy to tell which reviews are theirs so I thought I should throw in a dose of reality. Pay is good and the checks don't bounce.

Cons

Brings new meaning to lean. More focused on reducing costs than developing and selling products. If it seems cheaper they'll do it, even at the expense of customer good will. T he metrics are everything. If it can't be measured, it doesn't matter.

-Great recognition programs for high-performers -Ability for upward growth, based on department -Many opportunities for learning and development with DBS initiatives -Overall, wonderful colleagues

Cons

-Small handful of toxic associates that are not disciplined due to tenure and experience. Company is afraid to lose the knowledge/expertise.
