Pros

Great products, well known & respected brand.

Cons

Owned by Danaher to runs a bit too lean, incompetent senior management that does not understand the industry, major gaps in product portfolio with advanced staining reagents, a lot of cronyism, and everybody is concerned about moving up in the company, not what's best for the organization, customer, or employees.

-Small handful of toxic associates that are not disciplined due to tenure and experience. Company is afraid to lose the knowledge/expertise.
