Pros

There are many opportunities for professional development. The company takes investment in their employees very seriously and listens to the interests and goals of its workers. Also, the work environment is highly collaborative and our colleagues are highly competent.

Cons

There is a disconnect with upper management that leads to mistrust and sometimes resentment. This seems to be changing for the better. Also, the paid time off is quite low compared to other companies.

-Small handful of toxic associates that are not disciplined due to tenure and experience. Company is afraid to lose the knowledge/expertise.
