Pros

Your fellow employees are always willing to lend a hand to help you complete a project. You truly feel that you are making a difference since the products that you work with help to diagnose cancer and help researchers in the search for a cure.

Cons

There is limited tuition reimbursement. I have a "do-what-it-takes" attitude but the heave workload and long hours create an uneven work-life balance.

-Great recognition programs for high-performers -Ability for upward growth, based on department -Many opportunities for learning and development with DBS initiatives -Overall, wonderful colleagues

Cons

-Small handful of toxic associates that are not disciplined due to tenure and experience. Company is afraid to lose the knowledge/expertise.
