Pros

The pay and benefits are excellent. Field employees enjoy a mid-grade travel policy- no 5-star hotels, but you're not confined to Motel6 either. Great, highly knowledgeable and skilled co-workers who watch out for each other. A true team environment where we all work together to get things done.

Cons

Slow to correct processes that don't work. When a change is finally made, it is often worse than what it replaced. No regard for the effect of policy decisions on employees.

-Great recognition programs for high-performers -Ability for upward growth, based on department -Many opportunities for learning and development with DBS initiatives -Overall, wonderful colleagues

Cons

-Small handful of toxic associates that are not disciplined due to tenure and experience. Company is afraid to lose the knowledge/expertise.
