Pros

Pockets of isolated really good people to work with. Trusted to get on with the job, not micromanaged. Some isolated functions/groups/departments work well.

Cons

Toxic managers, gaslighting, blame shifting, egotistical, rude and disconnected from reality. Siloed culture with poor information sharing and low cooperation. Slow moving, stagnating, unproductive, nothing gets done yet everyone is overworked and appears busy. High staff turnover for years has lead to no consistency, constantly being re-structured, companies culture and knowledge base eroded beyond repair. Positive discrimination - company celebrates KPI's which prioritise minorities over merit. Numerous examples of "minority" hires who have done a terrible job and got promoted for it.

Pros

This is a great company with a very clear value proposition. The work genuinely matters, and you can really make a difference through what you do every day. There’s a strong sense of purpose, and it’s easy to see how individual contributions connect to the bigger picture. The people are another major strength. Talented, collaborative, and genuinely supportive colleagues make this a great environment to do meaningful work. It’s also a place where you can truly be yourself—differences are respected, and authenticity is valued. For those who are genuinely committed and willing to put in the effort, there are real career opportunities and room to grow. Overall, it’s a rewarding place where strong values, impactful work, and great people come together.
