      Very flexible work schedule. Very good local management.

      Cons

      No more manufacturing in Tewksbury MA. Off site management is out of touch with market demands. Long engineering cycle. They have been removing experienced engineers and replacing them with entry level engineers or outsourcing work. They make artificial deadlines and have engineers working weekends to meet them.

      Employed barely company is going under

      Cons

      Leadership have ruined this company. It is currently selling as much property as they can. Letting people go but currently still hiring be very careful taking a position here. It may that them a few years to rebound from this loss of all contracts. That should let you know the company is doing pretty bad.
