Pros
Good pay, good benefits, very involved HR department, employee stock program, 401K match is higher than some companies, lots of additional resources to make employees life easier.
Cons
PTO accruement can start rather low, but increases over time with company. If working with a contract, such as DoD, corporate does not really keep up with employees work standards.
