Pros

Good reputation. Even better employees who want to deliver great products to great customers. Customer focus is key. Open minded culture with employees that challenge each other to be better Building innovative solutions that work is satisfying

Cons

Must figure some things out for yourself (HR mostly, not necessarily a bad thing) Benefits (PTO & 401K) are eroding slowly and may not match industry standard No more Christmas Parties (Seriously, why?)

Pros

Now, they're Leidos has taken over QTC, I appreciate the management styles and expectation.So I am much happier now

Cons

I do not like how diagnostic exams, including blood pressures, take up an hour slot which does Involve me at all. This leads to huge gaps in my schedule and as a contractor, sitting idle without making money is not really beneficial for me.

Employed barely company is going under

Cons

Leadership have ruined this company. It is currently selling as much property as they can. Letting people go but currently still hiring be very careful taking a position here. It may that them a few years to rebound from this loss of all contracts. That should let you know the company is doing pretty bad.
