      Good Pay Good Support Structure Excellent time off Decent Bonus Plan

      Because of the way Leidos came together from 2 family businesses (MaxIT and VCS)and a mega firm (SAIC) the publicly traded company has never known a true identity. The way it treats its employees has declined since inception.

      Employed barely company is going under

      Cons

      Leadership have ruined this company. It is currently selling as much property as they can. Letting people go but currently still hiring be very careful taking a position here. It may that them a few years to rebound from this loss of all contracts. That should let you know the company is doing pretty bad.
