      Strong Ethics, Focus on the People and Diversity, and continuously striving to excel.

      Cons

      Focus on Growth of Revenue and Focus on People do not directly correlate to focus on internal growth of key staff and personnel. Seems to be a continued reliance on the same set of individuals that is wearing down folks, instead of training and growth of a broader talent pool.

      Employed barely company is going under

      Cons

      Leadership have ruined this company. It is currently selling as much property as they can. Letting people go but currently still hiring be very careful taking a position here. It may that them a few years to rebound from this loss of all contracts. That should let you know the company is doing pretty bad.
