I have been with Leidos for less than 1 year, but can confidently say that I have made a great decision to join a business that will enable my long term career development. The people I work with are of a very high calibre and driven to excel. I have found the level of collaboration outstanding and the senior leadership team's open-mindedness is very refreshing. I have lived and breathed compassionate and inclusive leadership, cooperation across all functions and the willingness for everyone to learn and do the best that we can as a team. I work with exceptional talent and Leidos enables us all to harness our capabilities and bring true value to our customers and shareholders.
Cons
It's busy, but I'd be ignorant and naïve to think that if I were to join another business in this climate, I'd be less busy. This is more reflective of the market dynamics.
