I absolutely loved working at Leidos. The team was supportive, collaborative, and always willing to help each other succeed. Leadership encouraged career development, and I felt there were many paths for advancement. The work environment was positive, respectful, and flexible, making it a great place to build a career. Leadership have ruined this company. It is currently selling as much property as they can. Letting people go but currently still hiring be very careful taking a position here. It may that them a few years to rebound from this loss of all contracts. That should let you know the company is doing pretty bad.
