      Pros

      Great team to work with! Travel can be a bonus if you have never left your home state and getting to build in Antarctica brings its own set of challenges that will certainly change your perspective and sharpen your CM skills!

      Cons

      The Physical Qualification process can be daunting on its own. You need to do your homework to understand what is being decided before you deploy to Antartica. Once there, DON'T isolate yourself!!! Get to know others or you will have a tough time adjusting!

      Employed barely company is going under

      Cons

      Leadership have ruined this company. It is currently selling as much property as they can. Letting people go but currently still hiring be very careful taking a position here. It may that them a few years to rebound from this loss of all contracts. That should let you know the company is doing pretty bad.
