      Some staff are paid above general market rates. Flexible working.

      Cons

      Ethics don’t matter if there’s money to be made. Poor workplace behaviour (harassment, bullying, abuse, etc.) is openly tolerated.

      Employed barely company is going under

      Cons

      Leadership have ruined this company. It is currently selling as much property as they can. Letting people go but currently still hiring be very careful taking a position here. It may that them a few years to rebound from this loss of all contracts. That should let you know the company is doing pretty bad.
