Pros

i cannot think of any reason (except desperation) why anyone would like to work here

Cons

employee turnover is at its highest. why? they make their cleanroom workers work from 4 to 6 hours straight in the cleanroom without any breaktimes to finish the work within the shift.

Thank you for your feedback. We provide flexibility in terms of timing and location of breaks. We don't require employees to work more than 5 hours at a stretch between breaks. Any occurrences of this would be at the employee's choosing. I encourage all employees to discuss concerns about the timing of their breaks with their Leads, Supervisors and Managers.

Pros

Hard to think of any honestly

Cons

Blame culture, outdated systems, pressure to cut corners for profit, unhappy employees, low pay for whats being asked, build-the-plane-as-we-fly-it atmosphere, in the red so no capital for the badly needed system updates to catch up with the rest of the industry with associated blame, vindictive punitive managers with little compassion, substandard compensation
