Bad Superviser, Favoritism in both shifts - Manfuracting Associate Leiters Employee Review

Pros

I have been faithful employee the past two and half of years , my time at the company has been good one so far , but now problems have crept up, which threatens to disrupt my otherwise peaceful time at the company, this letter is regarding the behavior of my immediate morning femal supervisor. For the last few months, and she has Singled me out to harass in many ways ! Ever since , I have challenged her about the job knowledge, discription and task and need her help in those area she is not willing to assist and not happy boss , she takes it to personal level up to not offer me family's emergency days off while she takes a day off for her Dog and Horses sickness, she always micromanage and trying find fault rather than giving motivation to hard working employees , and she has also have problems not focusing on her job, we have to tell her multiple times for the same incident that may occur. many more not to mention my first complaint! In this kind of injustice continues, I will be forced to consider my employment in the company, I have invested a good years of my life and would be heart broken to leave this place , I have faith that you you will help me sort out this issue with this morning supervisor, so we may be able to find a way to co existing!!

Pros

Hard to think of any honestly

Cons

Blame culture, outdated systems, pressure to cut corners for profit, unhappy employees, low pay for whats being asked, build-the-plane-as-we-fly-it atmosphere, in the red so no capital for the badly needed system updates to catch up with the rest of the industry with associated blame, vindictive punitive managers with little compassion, substandard compensation
