Thank you for your feedback! As Leiters continues to grow in size we have identified the need for additional shift structures to not only address the increase demand but to also protect the precious time our employees have with their families. Additionally, we are investing in additional training across the organization (including leadership!). These two initiatives will help all of Leiters to improve as our growth continues. Should you have any other specific ideas on how we can address your concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to HR at hr@leiters.com.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we’re glad to hear that your orientation experience was positive. It’s great to know that you found the team helpful and informative as you got started as welcoming new team members and setting them up for success is one of our top priorities. We appreciate your note about the travel distance. While location isn’t always something we can adjust, understanding how it affects our employees helps us continue to look for ways to improve the overall experience. We’re glad to have you on the team and hope your time at Leiters continues to be positive and rewarding. If there’s anything you need as you settle in, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Pros

Hard to think of any honestly

Cons

Blame culture, outdated systems, pressure to cut corners for profit, unhappy employees, low pay for whats being asked, build-the-plane-as-we-fly-it atmosphere, in the red so no capital for the badly needed system updates to catch up with the rest of the industry with associated blame, vindictive punitive managers with little compassion, substandard compensation
