Pros

If you like uncertainty and career insecurity, this would be the place for you! Chronyism at the C suite level, any new blood or thoughts from outsiders is quickly snuffed out!

Cons

Paranoia and insecirty are prevalent here! Tenure for new outside management is equal to the life expectancy of a tse tse fly. Mandatory overtime (with sh##ty pay) for hourly production employees every week! New CEO is a joke in this person's opinion.

Thank you for your feedback. Here at Leiters Health we are committed to ensuring that all ideas are heard and, when possible, acted upon. Most frequently, we have individuals who participate in our Suggestion Boxes which are reviewed on a monthly. Suggestions are assigned an owner within the leadership group and acted upon before the next month meeting. Pros

Hard to think of any honestly

Cons

Blame culture, outdated systems, pressure to cut corners for profit, unhappy employees, low pay for whats being asked, build-the-plane-as-we-fly-it atmosphere, in the red so no capital for the badly needed system updates to catch up with the rest of the industry with associated blame, vindictive punitive managers with little compassion, substandard compensation
