Pros

I made some good friends and connections. I no longer work there.

Cons

It is family owned so unless you are in the family, marry/sleep with one of the family members (or HR) you will NOT advance. Its a sad thing to see because some very hard workers who have done a great job there for many years continue to get overlooked, overworked and underpaid. Its a stepping stone if you are not family. They bring in very green employees who are new to the industry and will take less pay. They pretend to care but they really don't-it's not worth it! Oh, and expect to pay $400 a month for basic benefits for a single person.

Pros

Work was interesting and challenging. I got to work with international clients and I grew a lot professionally during my time there.

Cons

We had international clients so I had to work around their time zone which wasn't always convenient. They were cool about it though but it was still tough

Cons

Toxic Work Environment Unethical Practices from Senior Leadership Employee retaliation if you go question the policies. Company will promote onsite managers as CAM Lead/Seniors to do additional work which is a conflict of interest for the onsite community paying for full time hours. HR Open Door Policy is one of their policy that the company often violates. Company owner Rebecca Furlow continues to tell a racist story to the new hires and as early as 2/14/24 where she changes her voice to imitate an ASIAN FEMALE NAIL TECHNICIAN , which is inappropriate, racist & discriminatory. The members of the HR team & Leadership simply laugh at her doing this over & over. Their meetings are recorded so there will be sufficient proof of this particular "joke/story" The company is constantly being rated below average scores (C ratings) HR will also reach out to employees to
