Pros

nothing to report of any merit

Cons

They are just not concerned with "customer service " at all . I have been on the receiving end of repeat liars, argumentative responses , interrupting while I am explaining, rude , will not return calls or emails, not helpful, even when you bring your concerns to the Orlando HQ they could provide no satisfaction . Look at other reviews on this organization as they seem to ignore or be unconcerned with providing acceptable customer service. I had to go into their office due to no response with calls/emails and met with a "manager" who immediately tried to shut me down with her poor attitude. JUST DISGUSTING.

Pros

Work was interesting and challenging. I got to work with international clients and I grew a lot professionally during my time there.

Cons

We had international clients so I had to work around their time zone which wasn't always convenient. They were cool about it though but it was still tough

Company owner Rebecca Furlow continues to tell a racist story to the new hires and as early as 2/14/24 where she changes her voice to imitate an ASIAN FEMALE NAIL TECHNICIAN , which is inappropriate, racist & discriminatory. The members of the HR team & Leadership simply laugh at her doing this over & over. Their meetings are recorded so there will be sufficient proof of this particular "joke/story" The company is constantly being rated below average scores (C ratings) HR will also reach out to employees to
