Company will promote onsite managers as CAM Lead/Seniors to do additional work which is a conflict of interest for the onsite community paying for full time hours. HR Open Door Policy is one of their policy that the company often violates. Company owner Rebecca Furlow continues to tell a racist story to the new hires and as early as 2/14/24 where she changes her voice to imitate an ASIAN FEMALE NAIL TECHNICIAN , which is inappropriate, racist & discriminatory. The members of the HR team & Leadership simply laugh at her doing this over & over. Their meetings are recorded so there will be sufficient proof of this particular "joke/story" The company is constantly being rated below average scores (C ratings) HR will also reach out to employees to
