Pros

I worked as a Production Stage Manager in regional theatre before COVID, and was lucky to come across the opportunity to work with this company in 2021. The Lifestyle Coordinator position used all of my skills from being a stage manager and grew them tenfold. While I ultimately did leave the company to go back to work in theatre, I could easily see that being a career pivot for others.

Cons

Demanding hours, but you mostly make them yourself. You still work a 40 hour work week, but when you have an event you can adjust all other schedules accordingly.

Pros

Work was interesting and challenging. I got to work with international clients and I grew a lot professionally during my time there.

Cons

We had international clients so I had to work around their time zone which wasn't always convenient. They were cool about it though but it was still tough

Offered benefits have improved Large company throughout the State of FL

Cons

Toxic Work Environment Unethical Practices from Senior Leadership Employee retaliation if you go question the policies. Company will promote onsite managers as CAM Lead/Seniors to do additional work which is a conflict of interest for the onsite community paying for full time hours. HR Open Door Policy is one of their policy that the company often violates. Company owner Rebecca Furlow continues to tell a racist story to the new hires and as early as 2/14/24 where she changes her voice to imitate an ASIAN FEMALE NAIL TECHNICIAN , which is inappropriate, racist & discriminatory. The members of the HR team & Leadership simply laugh at her doing this over & over. Their meetings are recorded so there will be sufficient proof of this particular "joke/story" The company is constantly being rated below average scores (C ratings) HR will also reach out to employees to
