Pros
Lendmark has proven to be a great employer. They truly care about employees and their job experience with the company. The leadership team is overall very strong in providing support and guidance. The company president leads with his heart, both in business and philanthropy. I have worked for large and well-recognized companies, and enjoyed my time with them. But, when it comes to the employee experience of feeling valued for what I do on a daily basis, and for myself as an individual, Lendmark is the very best. I am grateful and proud to represent this company!
