Passive aggressive culture at Exec Director and above. The trick to moving up there is to outlast all the good people that quit. I am not saying the people on top are not smart. They are and are quite savvy bureaucrats that know how to protect their fiefdoms. Make no mistake moving up is about be selfish but being perceived as a collaborator.

Company is very slow to change. Executive leadership does not care about employee work-life balance at all. Was routinely expected to be on calls as early as 6AM and as late as midnight on the same day. When I raised concerns about sustainability, I was put on a PIP
