This is what we intend to do. Lenovo wants to focus on hiring top talent and winning vs our competition.
Global roles with remote management are always more challenging due to time zones and communications via email. Please feel free to work with management on your concerns. Good managers will listen and make adjustments. Contrary to your cons, Lenovo is quite concerned for you. If you don't feel comfortable discussing with your manager, feel free to talk to HR.

Absolutely love my team, people, culture, and work events. Genuinely I can't think of any cons. 3 days in-person, 2 days remote. Best work life balance ever, and great pay. Even intern benefits are amazing

Company is very slow to change. Executive leadership does not care about employee work-life balance at all. Was routinely expected to be on calls as early as 6AM and as late as midnight on the same day. When I raised concerns about sustainability, I was put on a PIP
