      Love it while you're there.

      Cons

      Go out of your way for mgrs,directors, they will make you feel special and doing a great job, but will execute the most unfair non - door open policy and stab you in the back due to other coworkers envy and egos. Work life balance sucks, they constantly buy new roofs to place on a flooded and weak foundation. Underhanded, and DOES NOT APPRECIATE the employees who are not suck ups.

      Respectfully disagree. Although not all of our leaders are perfect, most are pretty good. It looks like you had some serious issues with yours. This is not what we want, nor expect from our leaders. If you were still here, we'd ask you to engage HR immediately. It is a shame you are gone. We never want someone to leave with bad feelings.       Absolutely love my team, people, culture, and work events. Genuinely I can't think of any cons. 3 days in-person, 2 days remote. Best work life balance ever, and great pay. Even intern benefits are amazing

      Company is very slow to change. Executive leadership does not care about employee work-life balance at all. Was routinely expected to be on calls as early as 6AM and as late as midnight on the same day. When I raised concerns about sustainability, I was put on a PIP
