      Pros

      Gave a great package to make leaving easier. Lots of great opportunities in other groups in the company. Global in scope. Great facilities.

      Cons

      Bought a Division to destroy it. Sat around for months with no real plan for next steps. Always a problem with new Divisions being folded in, but it wasn't like the sale hadn't been in the works for several years to hit the ground running when it was completed...

      Lenovo certainly is not in the business of hurting itself. Our intention was to buy the x86 business to make it more successful. It takes time to transform any acquisition into a success.       Company is very slow to change. Executive leadership does not care about employee work-life balance at all. Was routinely expected to be on calls as early as 6AM and as late as midnight on the same day. When I raised concerns about sustainability, I was put on a PIP
