Pros

Nothing to say but the payroll

Cons

New Business department is run by mean people. No raises or work life balance. Asked to be remote during a pandemic and now instead they make you forgo a raise for three years “cost of living” when everyone is told compensation is based on performance. People have left the department for good reasons. Management pretends to care but it’s all words and fake smiles. They take advantage of their employees fears during this pandemic to their advantage. They all play favorites, they lost several good people this year because of wrongful termination or resignation. They lost a great individual because they won’t listen and tried to hold people hostage.

Thank you for your feedback. For everyone’s safety we’ve been remote since March 2020 and will remain so until advised by our critical response team. Our performance process is a pay for performance model, we evaluate each employee based on their roles, responsibilities, location as per fair market guidelines. Can be tough for young professionals starting out but that is inclusive of the industry not Lenox especially
