After pursuing a career in law, I shifted my path, using my economics degree I pursued a career in financial services and was immediately approached by Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, and Equitable. The reason I joined the leadership team that is now at Lenox is because they didn’t insist and force me to use my friends and family for business. They taught me how to acquire clients and gave me every resource necessary to succeed only asking for hard work and dedication in return. They have also provided me with resources I didn’t even have when working at other firms. Lenox advisors has been a great place to expand my practice and the advisor development team here is one of the best I’ve seen and experienced. The emphasis that they put on a great team culture is one of the main reasons I joined. It is also very refreshing to have easy accessibility to senior partners and executives within the firm to ask questions and help with client interactions.
