Fast pace environment, a lot to be learned working here, and very rewarding helping people with their pool and spa troubles.
Cons
Very very low pay, never move employees up inside the company, management only ever hires their friends in manger and assistant manger jobs never letting good employees move up, doesn’t matter how long you’ve been with the company or how good you are at your job you will never move up with this company.
