Pros
DRS really seems to care about employee happiness and retention, they offer competitive benefits and do periodic events geared towards making things fun. Management listens and you do have the opportunity to give feedback that gets acted on and get the training you need to move along with your career. Hybrid work encouraged, no minimum in office days.
Cons
There's a big backlog for engineering, its fine if you can manage it, and there's no big push to work more than 40 hours a week. Environment is fast paced, a more relaxed pace would be appreciated.
