Pros
Fun, good work environment, great training for managers. Good team work between staff and managers. very organized in buisiness operations. Great food, well executed. Chefs know what they ar e doing. Fairly flexible work schedule, good benefits. nice people to work with, very professional. good leadership from Lettuce headquarters. flexiblility in style of management to a point. well organized reporting systems already set up.
Cons
Sometimes long hours due to busy seasons and special events. As with any food business, customer demands can be annoying. Some team members do not pull their weight, but those are readily dismissed from their jobs.
