Pros

Leadership is purposeful about maintaining a great culture. We have a culture captain and there are voluntary culture meetings every month where we come together and talk about different topics as a group. We also have a philanthropy group that organizes quarterly charity events, which includes company hikes and Christmas Adopt a Family. If you feel you have the same values as this company, you will love it. I love working with everyone here. I have never experienced this level of teamwork between departments and throughout the company as I have at Level 3. Thank you to all of you that I work with every day. Values: Improve Every Day Do Whatever it Takes Take Ownership Slow Down to Speed Up (Establish processes) Learn, Share, Repeat Elevate Others Above all - Build Trust

Cons

If someone does not share the same values as Level 3, they will most likely not thrive here.

Pros

This is a company I truly like working for. The people are one of the biggest strengths—my coworkers are knowledgeable, supportive, and easy to work with. The company is growing quickly, which makes it an exciting place to be.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Pros

The company has a really supportive culture when it comes to growing and improving in your career. It seems like everyone has a really great work/life balance and it is super encouraging to see that across the team. There was not any micro-managing, over your shoulder type leadership. I think they hire great people and trust them to get their jobs done.

Cons

There wasn't any tangible or financial reward for all of the improvement and growth I was encouraged towards and ultimately achieved on a regular basis. I received great reviews frequently, but when I asked for any sort of salary raise, 1.15% after year 2 was all that could be mustered over the course of several years. I got drastically better at my job and was not being paid any more than when I started.
